奥马珠单抗
这是一种针对 IgE 的人源化单克隆抗体,可阻止 IgE 与效应细胞上的受体结合。尽管已接受了长期的规范治疗,但是仍有哮喘加重的变应性哮喘患者仍可使用奥马珠单抗。在皮质类固醇依赖性囊性纤维化的儿童中使用奥马珠单抗治疗 ABPA,结果显示可减少皮质类固醇用量,伴有临床症状改善。[62]Zirbes JM, Milla CE.
